Heil- und Lehr- Anstalt der Homoeopathie von Dr. Arthur Lutze in Coethen. The hospital was built built and decorated by the Sculptor August Schmitz. Lithograph by W. Achilles in Koethen after H. Muhr ca 1860. Attractive print has a decorative border showning Christian Friedrich Hahnemann on the left side and a religious figure (a monk ?Jesus?) on the right side. In the lower middle part of the garland is a book and a lyre. Print is very clean in right and left margins are rubbed areas where the paper is a bit raw. A few tiny creases in the image.
