"Le Coup de Vent" ( Biedermeier Fashion. UMBRELLA)

A ghastly happening - when a stormy gust hits the promenading couple,
turning the protective umbrella inside out, sending the man's hat flying away .
The lady, in Biedermeier attire is hanging onto the arm of her companion and
her own hat, which is in danger of falling victim to this tempest.

These three exquisite designs of bridal dresses were drawn and then painted with watercolors. The veils were especially done in a transparent manner.

The three watercolor designs are anonymous. They were made about 1920-1930.
