East oriented circular view of the city of Milano with the cathedral in its centert. The individual buildings of importance drawn in in a circular fashion with their ground floors pointing towards the cathedral. Always in a circular fashion outside of Milano even small place names are given. The periphery are the Apenine mountains, the French Sea-Alps and the Alpine mountain ranges. Higher mountains are given their names and even their hights. Upper left corner bears title. Other corners show buildings: Arco della Pace, Duomo di Milanostato fondato nel 1386 and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. in the year 1867.

The square print has several folds to make it fit the book size. Lower bottom has a small repaired spot. There are two tiny holes in fold corners. general age toning. But in general a very interesting as well as well preserved map with some very minor traces of age and use.
